Privacy Policy

The short version

Yehuda Agent (“we,” at yehudaagent.live) is an AI-assisted design and development service, run by a human operator. When you sign up for the client portal, or contact us through the form on this site, we collect only what you send so we can reply and do the work. We don’t sell your information, and we keep it to the minimum we need.

What we collect

From the form on this site: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the project details you choose to share. From the client portal at app.yehudaagent.live: your account details, the requests and messages you send us, the files you upload (logos, photos, copy), and the code and content of the project itself. Our hosting and security providers automatically process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, ask any follow-up questions, discuss your project, deliver the work you request, and keep records of our correspondence. Once your account is open, the substance of your project lives there — your requests, your files and your project history — so nothing has to be dug out of an inbox.

The services we rely on

• Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Drive) — receives your form submission and stores our correspondence.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and the client portal, and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on the form.
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that produces the work; project details and files you share may be processed to generate it.
• GitHub — stores project code, including any repository you choose to connect.
• A domain registrar and DNS/SSL, when your project involves putting a site live on a domain.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We share your information with them only as needed to provide the service — never for sale or advertising.

Cookies & tracking

We keep tracking to a minimum and don’t run third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to tell humans from bots when you submit the form.

Retention & your choices

We keep your submission and our correspondence for as long as we need to provide the service and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — just reach out through the contact form and we’ll take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and service are meant for adults and aren’t directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
