The basics of working with Yehuda Agent while we’re in beta.

Agreement
By using this site or working with Yehuda Agent (“we,” at yehudaagent.live), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What we provide
AI-assisted design and development — websites, brand kits and graphics — delivered through a client portal at app.yehudaagent.live. You file a request in the portal and we do the work; the portal is where you track it, see previews, approve deliverables and keep your files. Routine work is built and published automatically; anything that touches your domain, your email or your payment details is reviewed by a human first.
Your account
Portal accounts are free and self-serve — you create your own at app.yehudaagent.live. Your workspace is scoped to you; keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account that’s being used in a way these terms don’t allow.
Beta & pricing
The service is currently in beta and offered free of charge, in exchange for your honest feedback and (optionally) a testimonial. No payment is required right now. Because it’s a free beta, timelines and availability aren’t guaranteed, and we may introduce paid plans in the future — never retroactively charging you for work already done for free.
Working together
You’re responsible for giving us accurate information and for having the rights to any content, logos, text or images you send us to use. Please don’t send anything you’re not allowed to share.
Your content & ownership
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. When we deliver a website or design to you, it’s yours to use for your business. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing (for example, on the Work page) unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
We can’t help with anything illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful, and we may decline or stop a project at our discretion.
Third-party platforms
Delivered work may run on third-party services (such as Cloudflare hosting, a domain registrar, or Google). Those are governed by their own terms, and once a project is handed to you, you’re responsible for maintaining any accounts and costs associated with keeping it running.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is,” especially during beta. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the service. Given the service is provided free during beta, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero.
Feedback & testimonials
If you share feedback or a testimonial, you allow us to use and publish it in connection with the service. Let us know if you’d prefer it stay private.
Changes & ending
We may update these terms or discontinue the beta at any time. You can stop using the service whenever you like.
